St. Andrews Cross Neck Rest – Stainless Steel Adjustable Head Support Accessory

The Neck Rest for the St. Andrews Cross adds an ergonomically shaped head and neck support to the cross, mounted on a sliding sleeve that travels freely along a 50 cm stainless steel rail. The 50 mm standoff positions the support away from the upright, placing it correctly against the back of the neck rather than the back of the head. Slide it to the right height for the person on the cross, and it stays there — no separate adjustment hardware required.
The 30×30 mm stainless steel rail inserts into the dedicated receiver sleeve on the rear of the St. Andrews Cross frame. Installation and removal are tool-free: seat the rail, position the neck rest, and the accessory is ready. Remove it just as quickly when it isn't needed.
