Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services.

Products sold by Stylefetish Industries are intended for consensual adult use only. By purchasing or using any product, you represent that all participants are legal adults who have provided informed, voluntary, and ongoing consent.

These products are not medical devices or safety equipment. Use involves inherent risks, including restraint-related risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with installation and use.

SECTION 15 – COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND INTERSTATE COMMERCE

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and interstate laws applicable to the purchase, possession, transportation, and use of our products.

Stylefetish Industries operates in interstate commerce. No representation is made regarding legality in any specific jurisdiction.

SECTION 16 – SHIPPING METHODS, FREIGHT DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Most products sold by Nexus Vantage Inc., doing business as Stylefetish Industries, are shipped via standard parcel carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Certain products, due to their size, weight, or configuration, may require shipment via freight carriers. The applicable shipping method will be determined at our discretion based on the product and destination.

For products shipped via freight, delivery is typically curbside or dock delivery only, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing. Nexus Vantage Inc. does not provide inside delivery, unpacking, installation, assembly, anchoring, or removal services unless explicitly contracted in writing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring adequate access and site conditions at the delivery location, including but not limited to loading areas, doorways, stairways, elevators, flooring, and structural capacity. Any assistance provided by a carrier or third party does not create an agency or responsibility relationship with Nexus Vantage Inc.

All installation, assembly, anchoring, and placement of products—whether delivered by parcel or freight—are performed at the buyer’s sole risk and responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that installation and use comply with applicable building codes, lease agreements, property rules, and all local, state, and federal laws.

Nexus Vantage Inc. shall not be liable for damages arising from carrier handling, delivery delays, access limitations, improper installation, site conditions, or failure to prepare the delivery location. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

SECTION 17 – DELIVERY INSPECTION, COMPLETENESS, AND DAMAGE REPORTING

Upon delivery of any product, the buyer is responsible for prompt inspection of all packages, components, and contents. This includes verifying that the shipment is complete, that all items listed in the order or packing documentation are present, and that no visible damage has occurred during transit.

Any visible damage to packaging or products, or any missing items, must be documented and reported within three (3) calendar days of delivery. For freight shipments, any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery whenever possible. For parcel shipments, damage should be documented with photographs of the packaging and contents.

Failure to inspect and report damage, missing items, or shipment discrepancies within the three (3) day inspection period may result in the claim being denied. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Nexus Vantage Inc., doing business as Stylefetish Industries, is not responsible for damage resulting from carrier handling after delivery, failure to inspect, improper storage, or assembly or installation performed after delivery. Replacement parts or remedies, if any, shall be provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with our policies.

SECTION 18 – CONCEALED DAMAGE

“Concealed damage” refers to damage to products that is not reasonably visible at the time of delivery and is discovered only after unpacking. The buyer is responsible for carefully unpacking and inspecting all products promptly upon receipt.

Any concealed damage must be reported in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage, the product, and the original packaging materials. All packaging materials must be retained until inspection and claim resolution are complete.

Failure to report concealed damage within the specified timeframe, failure to retain original packaging, or failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim. Nexus Vantage Inc., doing business as Stylefetish Industries, reserves the right to require additional documentation or inspection as part of any concealed damage claim.

Nexus Vantage Inc. is not responsible for concealed damage resulting from improper handling, storage, assembly, installation, or use after delivery. Remedies for valid concealed damage claims, if any, shall be provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable policies and carrier requirements.

SECTION 19– INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING AND FINISHING STANDARDS

All products are manufactured using industrial fabrication methods, including welding, laser cutting, powder coating, and mechanical assembly. These products are engineered for durability, structural integrity, and functional performance.

Edges are finished cleanly and without sharp or hazardous protrusions. However, products are not manufactured to decorative furniture or cosmetic luxury standards.

SECTION 20 – OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS, BACKORDERS, AND PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Certain products offered by Nexus Vantage Inc., doing business as Stylefetish Industries, are manufactured exclusively in Germany and may not be continuously stocked in our United States warehouse. When a product is listed as out of stock, backordered, or otherwise unavailable for immediate shipment, orders may be accepted with the intent to fulfill as soon as production and logistics allow.

Out-of-stock and backordered items are produced in Germany and consolidated into container shipments to the United States. Containers are typically shipped approximately every three (3) weeks; however, actual fulfillment timelines depend on order timing, production capacity at the manufacturing facility, factory scheduling, and international logistics.

Estimated fulfillment times for out-of-stock or backordered items may range from approximately four (4) to twelve (12) weeks, and in some cases up to six (6) months, before the product is received at the U.S. warehouse and available for shipment to the customer. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order for an out-of-stock or backordered item, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines may vary and that delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, international shipping conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. Nexus Vantage Inc. shall not be liable for delays resulting from these circumstances.

SECTION 21 – POWDER COATING, COLOR VARIATION, AND COSMETIC TOLERANCES

Powder-coated and finished components are subject to normal industrial variation in color tone, texture, sheen, and surface appearance. Differences may occur due to material composition, coating batches, curing conditions, and lighting environments.

Color representations on the website are for reference only. Minor variations in shade, surface structure, or finish consistency do not constitute defects and are not grounds for rejection, return, or warranty claims.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these industrial cosmetic tolerances.

SECTION 22– INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stylefetish Industries from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

SECTION 24 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access for violations at any time.

SECTION 25 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stylefetish Industries.

SECTION 26 – GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue shall lie exclusively in Texas state or federal courts.

SECTION 27 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 28 – CALIFORNIA-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

California Proposition 65 Notice

Certain products sold by Stylefetish Industries may expose users to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. These exposures may result from materials, components, industrial manufacturing processes, or surface finishes, including but not limited to metal fabrication, welding, and powder coating.
