Returns

We stand behind the quality of our premium BDSM furniture and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, merchandise must meet the following conditions:
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging with all supplied components (hardware, manuals, warranty cards, accessories)
  • Must include proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip)
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee
Please note: We do not accept returns on custom orders or personalized items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Sex machines and fucking machines
  • Intimate accessories (dildos, plugs, intimate restraints)
  • Custom-built furniture and made-to-order items
  • Clearance and discontinued items
  • Demo units and floor models

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for:
  • Shipping charges in both directions
  • Carrier handling fees
  • 25% restocking fee
No exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Securely repack merchandise in original shipping box or protective packaging
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on two outside panels of the box in large, bold print
  • Include all original components and documentation

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package prepaid and insured to our returns center. We recommend UPS or FedEx for reliable tracking.

Important:

  • RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date
  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
  • StyleFetish is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing after we receive your return
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Warranty Coverage

StyleFetish Furniture Warranty

All StyleFetish BDSM furniture includes a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering:
  • Material defects in wood, metal, and hardware components
  • Workmanship issues affecting structural integrity
  • Manufacturing defects in moving parts and mechanisms

What’s Covered

  • Frame construction and joints
  • Hardware and fasteners
  • Mechanical components (adjustment mechanisms, locking systems)
  • Upholstery and padding (manufacturing defects only)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage from cleaning products or chemicals
  • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect functionality

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:
  1. Contact customer service with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. Retain your original proof of purchase
  3. Follow return authorization process if replacement is approved
  4. Defective items returned under warranty will receive free return shipping
