How is my order shipped?

Standard items ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Larger or heavier products ship by freight carrier and may require curbside-only delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect every package on delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and report it to us within 3 calendar days with photos. Concealed damage (discovered after unpacking) must also be reported within 3 days, with photos of the damage and the original packaging.

Why is the item I want backordered? How long is the wait?

Our flagship products are manufactured in Germany. When demand outpaces US warehouse stock, we accept orders with the intent to fulfill as soon as production allows. Estimated lead times are shown at checkout and updated as your order progresses through production.

When will my order ship? Can you give me an exact delivery date?

We ship as much as possible from our US inventory. Anything we can fulfill from stock typically ships within a few days.

For items not currently in stock, our products are handmade in Germany. Lead times naturally vary depending on when you order, current production cycles, and factors outside our control — including international freight scheduling, freight forwarder capacity, port congestion, customs clearance, and weather-related shipping delays.

We generally don't respond to individual inquiries asking for exact ship or delivery dates. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking automatically.

Will my product look exactly like the website photos?

Photos are representative — not pixel-exact. Powder-coated finishes naturally vary slightly in color tone, texture, and sheen between batches due to materials, coating conditions, and lighting. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects. We may also update product designs and finishes over time as part of continuous improvement.

Are these products safe? Are they medical devices?

Our products are intended for consensual adult use only. They are not medical devices or safety equipment. Use involves inherent risks, including restraint-related risks. All participants must be legal adults providing informed, voluntary, and ongoing consent. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with installation and use.

Is it legal to own these products where I live?

You are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, federal, and interstate laws applicable to the purchase, possession, transportation, and use of our products. We make no representation regarding legality in any specific jurisdiction. If you're unsure, check your local laws before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Message us via WhatsApp as soon as possible — once an item enters our manufacturing or shipping queue, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., if billing information is inaccurate).

What's your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order items are typically non-returnable. See the full policy for specifics.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment information is encrypted in transit.

California Prop 65 — what does the warning mean?

California law requires us to warn that certain materials, components, or finishes may expose users to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This warning is required regardless of actual risk levels, due to industrial fabrication processes like welding and powder coating.
