The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Nexus Vantage Inc., doing business as Stylefetish Industries (“Stylefetish Industries”), through the Stylefetish Industries website, mobile website, or via telephone (collectively referred to as “Stylefetish Industries”).
By using stylefetish-industries.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on stylefetishindustries.com.
To shop on stylefetishindustries.com, you must be at least 18 years old.
Stylefetish Industries only offers products that are in stock and published on stylefetishindustries.com. The inclusion of a product on the website at any given time does not guarantee its availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, without prior notice.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those posted on stylefetishindustries.com at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the website immediately.
Once you have placed your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been received for the order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same payment method. In some cases, alternative arrangements may be necessary, and our Customer Service team will contact you to resolve the refund.
Stylefetish Industries will process and dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received. Delivery times typically range from 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the selected shipping method and time of order placement.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen events. In any case, orders will be delivered within thirty (30) days of order placement. If your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card or Debit Card
You may enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card. Stylefetish Industries reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, check its credit status in relation to the order value, and confirm the accuracy of the purchaser’s address. We may refuse orders based on the results of these security checks.
